Responsibilities
- Analysing, designing, testing and deploying Affinity enhancements.
- Assisting with technical upgrades, development, testing and deployment.
- Handling high-level payroll related queries and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Deployment and review of payroll policies and controls.
- Conducting finance/HR analysis and developing reports to present insights to clients.
- Acting as the employer and employee interface for customer support.
- Maintaining payroll system configuration to ensure compliance with policy and legislation.
- Working closely with the Operations / Delivery team to deploy new services.
What you’ll need to succeed
- 2+ years of relevant experience in an IT or finance role.
- High level of communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A deep understanding of various hardware, software, and networking technologies.
- An ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in regulations, technology, and processes.
- Knowledge of Australian and/or New Zealand payroll, tax and employment legislation would be advantageous, but not a requirement.
